Need help?
In order to reduce waste and promote sustainability, each piece is custom-made once purchased. This can take a bit more time to be processed. Be sure to note the estimated lead time on the product page so you can plan accordingly.
All orders are made to order. Please allow an 8 to 10 week lead plus shipping time.
Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.
Currently, we only ship within the United States of America. If you are interested in purchasing but are located outside of the U.S., please reach out to us at hello@dearphilip.com
You can pay for your order using a variety of payment methods! Your payment method is charged at the time the order is placed, including for those items that are shipping later and/or made-to-order. This will ensure that your order is placed in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as possible.
Please note that once the order has been placed, we are unable to change the method of payment and/or currency.
1. Credit and Debit Visa Card
Enter the payment details at the time you place the order. Kindly note that depending on the restrictions on your card, the transaction may be declined by the bank.
Dear Philip reserves the right to detect and check the validity of the card used, and may decline transactions depending on the result of these checks.
2. Shop Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay
Simply click your desired option during checkout where you will be asked to log into your Shop, Google Pay, or Meta Pay account. Once the order is completed, you will be redirected back to Dear Philip.
Because each piece is made to order, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds.
If your order is damaged or broken, please get in touch with us at help@dearphilip.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to get your piece replaced.
Please note, we do not offer refunds. We only offer replacements within the first 30 days.
We offer a 30-day replacement warranty on any piece that is damaged.

We use high-quality lab-grown diamonds that are conflict-free and eco-friendly.
We currently do not offer custom pieces, however that may change in the future.
